The premier production of The Harbor Lights Theater Company is a resounding success! Nearly 600 people gathered for a thrilling evening celebrating the Oscar and Grammy Award winning composer with "Stephen Schwartz- Making Music"!

Before the evening curtain, a proclamation was read whereby James P. Molinaro, Staten Island Borough President proclaimed April 24th, 2010 Harbor Lights Day in Staten Island.

Stephen Schwartz - Making Music, chronicles the career journey of an artist whose early success and later disappointment ultimately ends in triumph. Directed and choreographed by Chet Walker (Co-creator of the Tony Award-winning Broadway show Fosse and Founder of WALKERDANCE) and with a cast of more than 35 of Broadway's and the dance world's brightest stars, this dramatic story features some of Schwartz's most memorable music from shows including Godspell, Pippin, The Baker's Wife, Children of Eden, and Wicked.
